At Jindal India Limited, our Aluminum Foil production is driven by cutting-edge technology and precision engineering. We employ two high-speed, 4-Hi Foil Mills: a Universal Spidem Foil Mill and a Finishing Achenbach Foil Mill, each boasting a rolling width of 1100 mm.

These state-of-the-art mills are engineered to roll down to exceptionally light gauges, ranging from 7 to 12 microns, making them highly versatile in catering to various packaging needs. Our focus lies particularly in the light gauge foil market, serving applications such as house foil and packaging for gutka, food, confectionery, and cigarettes.

To ensure optimal performance and quality, our mills have undergone extensive upgrades, including the integration of new Siemens drives, automatic gauge control systems, and enhanced hydraulics. Additionally, our production line is complemented by a range of ancillary equipment, including Rewinders, Doublers, Separators (from Kampf & Schmutz), Annealing Furnaces, a Roll Grinder (Herkules), and a fully equipped quality assurance laboratory.
